While most developers were fighting for beachfront concrete, the father and son sought out a lush, “forgotten” pocket of greenery. They discovered a tropical garden space steps away from the bustling Paseo San Juan.
They decided to build “inward” rather than “upward.” Instead of a towering hotel block, they created a discreet nook that felt “hidden” from the surrounding tourist noise. They used their background in design to blend modern, loft-style architecture with the wild nature of the area.
